Running Philosophy
Each runner is unique, athlete of one. I believe in customized training programs based on the individual goals of each runner. Through a strategic planned approach, I strive to keep athletes healthy and training consistently. I encourage each runner to go beyond their present fitness and take it to the next level!
No single program works for everyone. I will design a running program just for you, built to reach your goals and fit your lifestyle. I firmly believe in building a solid running base, a foundation on which to begin specific training to reach your defined goals. I want you to understand how to train correctly, and why each workout is so important.
So, whether you are a beginner runner, seasoned marathoner, cross country athlete, trail runner, or road racer, I will design a running program just for you, a program that balances with all the other parts of your life. I hope to make running a healthy activity for you, for life!
